When a bellboy gets fired after seeing what he thinks is the strangest thing he will ever see, he finds out that the journey has only begun. A murder, kidnappers, a van full of excitable boys and a murderous woman are just some of the fun.
Just watch the first episode; that’s all it took to hook me and I was then up until 3 AM finishing the first season. (I’m starting the second one today.) The amount of weird they manage to pack into every episode is astounding and the action rarely lets up. There is a lot of, “what’s gonna happen next?” going on here and it is rarely predictable.
My main concern is with Dirk; he seems too clueless to be plausible. Plus, some of the characters, such as the Hellacious Three, are underdeveloped and just dropped in to solve a problem, then go.
Is it wrong that I have a crush on Bart?
I highly recommend this one. Get it any way you can. The second season is ongoing; I hope it works out as well as the first.
