Because several families have been murdered, apparently by themselves, the FBI investigates, aided by some cryptic codes signed by someone name Longlegs. While trying to prevent any more bloodshed, they zero in on this enigmatic individual to see what or how he is inciting these massacres.

I really did not like this movie. It was slow and ponderous and really rather self-important at times. I usually enjoy watching Nick Cage being whacky, but he was just grotesque and unbelievable. The director didn’t seem to have a handle on what he wanted anyone to do and most of the characters were just pantomiming their roles. There was no score, as such, just a bunch of loud tones and an occasional oldie.

Nope, not gonna recommend this, especially if you have to drive to a theatre and pay out a lot of money for tickets and pocorn. But if you do, there are no post-credit scenes, so you can leg it out of there once they roll.
