Cobalt Mirror?

Anyone have any idea where to find one of these? I've checked three spaceports, nothing so far.

What do you need that for? I haven't seen it either.

Shields for...something. Found one on a starship trader in the space station and later in a base on the same planet as my base. I think they must have added them in with the last patch, as I had already checked those places.
