On some planets, they will attack me as soon as I leave my ship. Even letting them kill me doesn't help.

On my base planet, they'll do that unless I successfully hide from them. I just now managed to go through all four waves, but I had to use my ship to finish off that Imperial walker! THEN, they left me alone.
